Ok, this is THE ultimate dream. Hands down, no question about it. my life would be complete with only this.

Seems appealing to live here. Although I’m sure it’s a logistical nightmare to complete day-to-day errands. Would I get Red Cross helipad grocery drop-offs?

All this place needs is a piano and an equally stunning book collection and we’re set to live and die here.

Things I Love Today… (Oct 7)

Althougth I may be missing a huge part of my life these days, I’m also loving a whole lot, which hasn’t happened in a while. A bizarrely refreshing feeling.

Here are a few obsessions of the day:

Hi there. What is that cocoon lighting up the forest? Whatever it is, talk about modern-day treehouse. Had I known you could find structural gems like this, I would’ve climbed a little higher when I was a kid. I’m curious to know what the interior looks like and how it’s supported.

In any case, I’d love for this to be my evening getaway from civilization.

The only thing missing from this setting is me, a collection of all my favourite classics, a cellist in the corner and a samovar of moroccan mint tea.

What a delightful thought.

So I’ve been entertaining and feeding a lot of people in my home these days, for the company, if not for the excessive amounts of food I’m left with after each cooking show I put on. The issue is, I tend to be able to host 1 or 2 people at the most as my dining table should really appropriately be called a nightstand. That’s how it feels cramming 3 people and plates onto a 3’x4’ table.

I could do without everything in the background but I love this dining set and seriously, how Alice in Wonderland are these chairs? I’d make them lime green though, similar to the ones I fell in love with at a funky gelato shop in Barcelona. It’d probably make everything look a bit more organic too.

One day, I shall wine and dine my company on a table this gigantic, with all the proper seasonal tableware. *sigh*

This is called Flight of the Red Sparrow by Christian Villacillo.

I’d like to call it the German Invasion. Either way, I’d like to hang it above my bed in my room, even if it completely clashes with my new decor.
